ROBOT GOES BIMONTHLY!!
To our readers and the industry: I am pleased to announce that
Robot magazine will expand its publication schedule from quarterly to every other month beginning with our next regularly scheduled issue which is due on sale on April 22. This issue will carry a cover date of July/August 2008 instead of “Summer” as originally planned. We’re making this move because:
▪
readers want more of the information they find only in
Robot
▪
robotics manufacturers find that
Robot is the best place to reach their consumers
▪
educators are enthusiastic about
Robot and are increasingly using it in their school programs.
After three years as a quarterly magazine, now is the right time to expand our publication schedule. The rapid pace of product development, the frequency of important events and the widespread and growing interest among students, hobbyists, educators and key players in government, industry, research and mainstream media ensure that six annual issues of Robot will be filled with great information and well received by a growing number of enthusiastic readers. The subscription price will be raised from $19.95 to $24.95 in the U.S., so readers will get two extra issues for only $2.50 each.
We couldn't have created Robot as a platform to share robotics product news with consumers without the enthusiastic support of our advertisers. We appreciate that support and we look forward to continuing to work with all players in the robotics industry to keep Robot magazine growing. For the new publication schedule, please click here. If readers have any questions or if any vendors would like to share their product news with our readers, please feel free to contact me at toma@botmag.com or your Advertising Account Executive at (203) 431-7787.
